Goals: 1. 180/185 pounds or size 12/14 (whichever comes first) 2. Tone and shape my legs, thighs and arms
Personal Motivators: • I will be able to wear my size 12 dresses for the Black & White Affair Dec 06 and on the cruise in 2007. • I will have maintained control in what I eat and my exercise. • I will reach my size 12/14 with all my 16's too big. • I will continue to shop at any store. • I will be able to wear my swimsuit with no skirt no wrap.
• My thunder thighs will be gone. • Self sabotage will be a thing of the past.

I always get inspired to keep trying to lose the buldge every time I leave your site.
In the past month I have seen many numbers. Since my 7/4 of 186, my weigh ins have been all over the place from 186 to 196 - some of my fault and some not. Whatever the reason, I refuse to give up. 
This week was almost perfect with eating. Thursday my best friend called and wanted to get out with the children. She chose a new Mexican restaurant and I went in saying I would have the fajitas and no chips and salsa, but it didn't work that way. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try a new nacho. The picture was so appealing. So I had nachos and the chips and salsa they put on the tables. I immediately got back on track and kept up the exercise.
Today my weight is 185 - my lowest weight
. Early this year I reached 185 while I was sick and eating very little and then it all came back and I have been working on getting back since. Now it's time to see myself at 183 - my next mini goal for a new club.
I pray this is the last upward bounce of the scale. We all struggle from time to time, but it is important to know that is not anything to be ashamed of. We are working on changing our lifestyles. We are not perfect by nature. Sometimes we put more expectations on ourselves than we should. We can be our worst enemy. I am determined to stop that destructive cycle. 
Exercise: Can you say A+ week?!!!
Seven straight days of exercise and I am tired. I am taking a rest day today before my body gets mad at me. I was going to take one last night, but I wanted to push it a little to help the scale.
It was moving in the right direction all week. I have a total of 978 minutes with 3 days left so I will make it even with the free day today. The first time this year. Woohoo!!!
